Clay – Upgrading the quarterback will be huge for this team. It’s surprising how many games they were in considering how bad the QB play was. I think the defense will be much improved just by having a decent offense that won’t constantly have them on the field. 6-10
Nate - The Raiders would have been pretty good last year if they had not allowed Jamarcus to throw the ball 248 times they would have been close to .500. Now that he’s gone this team should be close to .500 with Jason Campbell as QB. The defense is solid with a good secondary, good line in veterans Seymour and Kelly and young DE’s (Shaughnessy, Houston). The LB are completely revamped as they traded Kirk Morrison who led the team in tackles all five years with the team with 634. Cable is convinced the LB were the weak point of the defensive and benched the other 2 starters Thomas Howard and Ricky Brown. Trevor Scott will replace Howard and Kameron Wimbley will replace Brown. Rookie Rolando McClain’s ceiling is through the roof and should make fans forgot about Morrison. 7-9
